Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise stated in the website banner.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Tracked 48 shipping on all orders over £25
Tracked 48 - £2.85
48 hour delivery aim, fully tracked service
Tracked 24 - £3.75
24 hour delivery aim, fully tracked service
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is based on weight. Add products to your basket to see your shipping cost at checkout.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, or can be upgraded to a tracked service.
International orders take an average 7-10 working days for delivery but can be held up at customs and may take longer.
US orders are sent with tariffs paid, but may incur other customs charges and state taxes which the customer is responsible for paying.
