I've ordered! When will you send my items and how long will it take?
First of all, thank you! I'll aim to post all orders out in 1-3 working days, but I'll put a note in the header if it's going to be longer.
All UK orders are sent through Royal Mail Tracked48 unless upgraded to Tracked24, and single cards and stickers are sent 1st Class.

Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are sent tracked (except for single cards or stickers), there will be a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. If you can't find it, please email orders@ohlaura.co.uk.
Can I shop from outside of the uk?
Yes! You can place orders from the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
I am currently unable to ship to the EU due to new regulations.
Do you make all the items yourself?
I design everything myself, and then I work with a range or printers and manufacturers to turn my ideas into a reality! I am very involved with all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure all my products are high quality and are brought to life in a safe and ethical way.
Do you work with influencers?

Do you accept custom orders?
It depends on what you're looking for! Pop me over an email and we can discuss your ideas and see if this is something we can work together on to bring to life!
