I've ordered! When will you send my items and how long will it take?

First of all, thank you! I'll aim to post all orders out in 1-3 working days, and all domestic items will be sent by second class post. International items will be sent by Royal Mail standard airmail, European orders will take between 5-7 days, USA and Canada 7-10 days, and Australia 10-14 days. Please note, international orders can take up to six weeks to arrive. You can see my full shipping info here.

Can I track my order?

Tracking is not provided as standard. If you upgraded to a tracked service at checkout then you will have a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. If you can't find it, please email orders@ohlaura.co.uk.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes! We are always looking for new stockists to work with, please email hello@ohlaura.co.uk or use the contact form for a price list and more information.

Do you make all the items yourself?

I design everything myself, and then I work with a range or printers and manufacturers to turn my ideas into a reality! I am very involved with all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure all my products are high quality and are brought to life in a safe and ethical way. 

Do you work with bloggers?

Do you accept custom orders?

It depends on what you're looking for! Pop me over an email and we can discuss your ideas and see if this is something we can work together on to bring to life!
