Do you make all the items yourself?
Pretty much! The fabric is printed in London using my designs, and then I cut and sew all the bags and pencil cases. Most other products are printed and made by me in my studio in Sheffield. You can see lots of behind the scenes photos on my Instagram page here.
I've ordered! When will you send my items and how long will it take?
First of all, thank you! I'll aim to post all orders out in 1-3 working days, and all domestic items will be sent by second class post. International items will be sent by Royal Mail standard airmail, European orders will take between 5-7 days, USA and Canada 7-10 days, and Australia 10-14 days. Please note, international orders can take up to three weeks to arrive. You can see my full shipping info here.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is not provided as standard. If you upgraded to a tracked service at checkout then you will have a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. If you can't find it, please email email@example.com.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
