Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Please email returns@ohlaura.co.uk to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights; if your item is faulty or damaged on receipt, we will exchange or refund it. Please email hello@ohlaura.co.uk as soon as possible if this occurs.
