There’s something extremely satisfying about being able to physically mark off the thing you said you were going to do.
The Habit Tracker Punch Card is a little A7 pad designed to help you keep track of your goals and good habits, one satisfying check-off at a time - why not check it off using an Oh, Laura stamp, or a star-shaped hole punch?
Inside the card cover are 25 habit tracking sheets, including 10 blank cards so you can add your own goals and decide exactly what you want to work towards.
Keep it on your desk, pop it in your bag or pencil case, and use it for all those little things you’d like to do a bit more often.
Drinking your water? Going for a walk? Reading? Remembering to take your lunch instead of buying another meal deal? It all counts!
