I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days unless otherwise stated in the website banner.

All items are sent standard second class by Royal Mail unless an upgrade is paid for at checkout.

Royal Mail Second Class takes approximately 2-3 working days to be delivered from dispatch. 

Processing times still apply to upgraded shipping options.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We do not accept returns on personalised items.This does not affect your statutory rights; if your item is faulty or damaged on receipt we will exchange or refund it.
